1、甲泼尼龙结合丙球蛋白在小儿急性重症支原体肺炎治疗中的应用评价资阳市雁江区妇幼保健计划生育服务屮心儿科641300【摘要】目的:分析并探索于小儿急性重症支原体肺炎治疗屮以甲泼尼龙结合丙球蛋口联合用药的安全性及可行性分析。方法:随机选取2013年2月〜2015年2月间我院门诊收治的小儿急性重症支原体肺炎患儿180例,双盲分为实验组和对照组,各90例,两组间一般资料差异;其屮对照组单纯釆用甲泼尼龙进行治疗,静脉滴注甲泼尼龙20mg/(kg·d),1次/d,加入5%葡萄糖100〜250ml,1〜2h静脉快速滴注;实验组患儿在常规治疗基础上,静脉滴注甲
2、泼尼龙18mg/(kg·d),1次/d,加入5%葡萄糖100〜250ml,静脉快速滴注,同时静滴丙球蛋口400mg/(kg·d),1次/d。比较两组患者治疗周期屮的临床治疗效果、啰咅消失时间、咳嗽减轻时间、体温恢复时间等临床指标差异。结果:实验数据显示,实验组出现好转即患儿啰咅消失,咳嗽减轻及体温恢复等所需治疗时间明显快于对照组患儿,且实验组的治疗总有效率达94.44%远高于对照组。结论:在对小儿急性重症支原体肺炎的治疗中,以甲泼尼龙与丙球蛋白联合用药可有效缩短患儿病程,减少该病症对患儿脏器的损伤,具有较高的临床价值。【关键词】
