1、北京化工大学硕士学位论文果表明:(1)选取适宜的反应温度对氧化过程非常重要,超过或低于一定的温度均会影响催化剂性能的发挥;(2)空速的改变会对反应过程中催化剂床层温度带来严重的影响,同时也影响催化活性;(3)进料配比存在适宜值,苯酚收率随进料配比的增加先增加后下降。最终确定的、实验所用催化剂的相对适宜操作条件范围为:反应温度425.450℃、空速4500h-l_5500h~、原料配比8:1.10:1。关键词:N20,苯酚,Fe.ZSM.5分子筛,成型,温升,工艺条件万方数据ABSTRACTResearc
