2、rmation.Theyarerespectivelycompoundingorcomposition,derivationoraffixation,conversion.Firstly,Iwanttotalkaboutcompoundingorcomposition.Compounding,namely,combinestwoormorethantwowordsinorderintonewwordcalledcompound.Likelapandtopcombineintonounlaptop,broadandcastintoverbbroadcast,Engli
3、shandspeakingintoadjectiveEnglish-speaking,downandstairsintoadverbdownstairs.However,theinterestingthingis,thatuniversityteachersconsistedofuniversityandteachersdoesnotbelongtocompound.Onthecontrary,EnglishteachersconsistedofEnglishandteachersiscompound.Likewise,teacherscollegeinsteado

6、aleducation,pointofview.What’smore,compoundhasfixedsemanticmeaning:somecanbeanalyzedaccordingtoliteralmeaningofcomponentswhilethismaynotworktoothers.Wordssuchasblogosphereiscomprisedofblogoandsphere,withtheexactmeaningofthesetwowords’meaningcombined;yetwordslikewhiteliedenotewell-meani
