1、特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察及对患者预后生活品质的影响杨世权阎萍通讯作者龚为群蒋勇峰任霞斌周晶(上海市徐汇区大华医院耳鼻咽喉科上海200237)基金项目：上海市徐汇区医学课题(ZKKT201110)【摘要】目的：探讨特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及对患者预后生活品质的影响。方法：以我院近年來收治的变应性鼻炎患者180例作为研究对彖，根据患者意愿及随机方式分为观察组和对照组各90例；对照组采用常规药物进行治疗，观察组患者采取特异性免疫治疗；对患者治疗效果进行分析。结果：治疗后第14周，两组疗效无显著差异，P>005；治疗后第18月和第36月，观察组治疗有效率为77

2、8%和867%,明显优于对照组478%和267%,均P<005。观察组3年复发率为89%(8/90),明显低于对照组911%(82/90),并具有显著差异(P<005)o治疗后第36月观察组VAS各项得分明显低于对照组，均P<005o结论：采取特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎相对于常规治疗疗效更佳，能够改善患者远期疗效并减少复发率，使患者预后生活品质得以提升。【关键词】特异性免疫治疗；变应性鼻炎；发病率；生活品质SpecificimmunetreatmenttheclinicaleffectofthetreatmentofallergicrhinitisYangShiquanYanp
