1、天麻泽泻方合瓜萎薙白半夏汤加减治疗原发性高血压合并高血脂临床观察(1河北大学附属医院河北保定071000)(2唐山海港经济开发区医院河北唐山063611)(3保定市儿童医院河北保定071000)(4阜平县屮医医院河北阜平073200)(5涿州市屮医医院河北涿州072750)【摘要】口的：探索天麻泽泻方合瓜萎薙口半夏汤加减治疗原发性高血压合并高血脂的主要疗效和针对血管内皮基本功能的主要影响。方法：选取我院2014年3月〜2015年3月的83例病患进行随机分配，对照组41例，实验组42例。对照组进行阿托伐他汀和氨氯地平钙片双向治疗。观
2、察组则主要采用天麻泽泻方合瓜篓薙H半夏汤加减，每一天服用一剂，分为两次服用。对照及实验组均进行八周。结果：八周治疗完成后，两组舒张压以及收缩压与治疗前相比均得到了明显下降(P<0.01)o对照组以及实验组血压控制效果分别为(70.73%)、(92.85%),经过比较两组差异不具有显著意义(P<0.05)o具体降脂效果实验组、对照组分别为(65.85%)、(95.23%),两组比较,具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论：天麻泽泻方合瓜篓薙口半夏汤加减治疗高血压、高血脂病症具有明显效果。【关键词】天麻泽泻方合瓜篓薙白半
