2、ient.Thecontentofβ-glucangoesupto50%-60%inSparassiscrispapolysaccharides.ThepolysaccharideextractedfromSparassiscrispaposesasensationalcommercialpotential.Sofar,thecultivationandprocessingonSparassiscrispahasincreasedprogressly,whereasthestudyinthefieldpolysaccharideextraction,it’sproductdevelopmen
3、tandclinicalapplicationremainsinblank.Inthisthesis,thepolysaccharideextractionfromSparassiscrispawithcompoundenzyme,proteindetachingfromthecrudepolysaccharide,theantioxidationactivityandthestructuralidentificationofpolysaccharideextractedfromSparassiscrispawereimplementedtoprovideavailabletheorybas
4、isforfurtherdevelopmentandapplicationofSparassiscrispa.Enzymessuchascellulose,pectaseandpapainarecompoundedtoextractpolysaccharidefromSparassiscrispa.Theratioofthecompoundenzymesandtheenzymolysisparameterswereoptimizedthroughtheorthogonalexperimentandtheresponsesurfacemethodrespectively.Then,thedep
