4、traction,PVC)是最常见的心律失常,发生范围广,可见于器质性心脏病患者及非器质心脏病。频发性室性早搏可引起心肌病。治疗包括药物性治疗和射频消融,但是药物治疗存在依赖性及依从性差、不能根治等缺点,而射频消融术可达到根治室性早搏疗效,因此射频消融治疗室性早搏方法常作为首选。体表心电图对室性早搏起源部位具有提示性作用,可初步判定室性早搏来源,为射频消融治疗做准备。尽管不同起源部位室性早搏具有各自独特的体表心电图表现及电生理特点,但相邻近区域起源的室性早搏心电图又具有相似性,需要认真鉴别。研究不同起源部位室性早搏体表心电图及电生理特点用于指
