1、探讨白内障超声乳化联合房角分离手术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果东宁市屮医院157299摘要：目的：研究分析白内障超声乳化联合房角分离手术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效观察。方法：此次研宄的对象是选择2011年3月至2013年3月期间我院收治的45例(64眼)闭角型青光眼合并白内障的患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将所有病例均接受超声乳化联合房角分离手术治疗，观察患者术后眼压和视力恢复情况，屮央前房深度以及滤过泡等。结果：①手术治疗后ld、1周、1月、6月时测得的眼压水平均明显低于手术治疗前，且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.

2、05)；②手术治疗后Id、1周、1月、6月时测得的视力水平均明显高于手术治疗前，且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③随访末期屮央前房深度(3.22±0.35)mm明显高于术前前房深度，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：对于闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者来说，白内障超声乳化联合房角分离术能更好的控制眼压，促进视力恢复，增加屮央前房深度，而丑并发症极少，临床值得推广使用。关键词：超声乳化术；房角分离术；闭角型青光眼；白内障[Abstract]Objective：Tostudytheclinicaleffectofp
