1、超声与CT在诊断肝癌中的价值对比分析肖建华(湖南省株洲市中心医院湖南株洲412000)【摘要】目的:观察分析超声与CT在诊断肝癌中的价值。方法:以2011年1月-2015年1月在我院进行检查及治疗的确诊肝癌患者为研究对象,所研究分析的75例患者均经手术或病理活检确诊。所有患者均有超声检查及增强CT检查资料,比较分析超声与CT检查。结果:超声检查准确率88.00%(66/75),其中定性诊断55例(83.33%),报告肝内占位11例(16.67%),漏诊率12.00%(9/75)。增强CT检查准确率92.00%(69/75)
2、,其中定性诊断65例(94.20%),报告肝内占位4例(5.80%),漏诊率8.00%(6/75)。两种方式准确率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.667,P=0.414〉0.05)。75例患者经超声与CT检查定性诊断结果比较差异只有统计学意义(χ2=4.167,P=0.041<0.05)。而在确诊病例中所报告的占位病变比较,差异也具有统计学意义(χ2=4.035,P=0.045<0.05)。结论:超声与增强CT检查对肝癌的诊断准确率均较高且两种方法准确率相当,但CT定性诊断率相对较高。在临床中超声对
