1、老年内科肾衰竭患者血液透析的疗效及感染的预防蔡云华(乐山市犍为县人民医院四川乐山614400)【摘要】目的：分析老年慢性肾袞竭患者行维持性血透的临床特点,探讨提高老年血透患者牛.活质量和牛.存率的方法。方法：收集57例65岁以上的老年血透患者(观察组)和50例非老年血透患者(对照组)的临床资料。结果：观察组患者治疗前后血尿素(BUN)、肌ff(Cr)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组BUN清除率、肌酐清除率(Ccr)比较差异无统计学意义(
2、P>0.05);观察组患者血透后存活时间少于对照组(P<0.05),血透过程中低血压、高血压、心律失常及心绞痛发生次数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：老年慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析治疗时容易出现心血管并发症及感染因素，血透中必须密切观察患者的心血管疾病发牛.，并及时处理，以提高患者的生活质量和牛.存率。【关键词】老年内科；肾衰竭；血液透析；感染；防范【中图分类号】R592【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2015)22-0024-02Theeffectofhemo
