7、····················493某高校人文素质教育培养现状分析及对策研究摘要目的:随着时代的发展,医疗技术已得到了迅猛的发展,但是非常奇怪的是,技术发达的现代社会并没有因为技术的发展,医患之间的矛盾随之减少,反而愈演愈烈。医学发展和医疗实践已逐渐偏离了医学的根本宗旨,对人的关怀已悄然逝去,因而医学生培养和教育缺乏对"医者仁心"的医学人文精神的关照,成为医学教育面临的严峻挑战。本研究通过对某高校五个专业、不同年级250名学生进行问卷,同时对该校讲授医学人文素质的老师及管理人员进行访谈,目的就是客观
8、分析该校人文素质教育的培养现状,为提高该校及同类院校的人文素质教育,提供一些建议和参考。方法:本研究主要采用学生问卷调查和对老师实地访谈的方法。调查对象具有普遍性和客观性。学生的调查问卷,主要包括三个层面,一是学生人文素质的宏观认识和自身的客观情况,二是对人文课程、教学效果及对教师的评价,三是对学院图书馆资源的评价。对于调查问卷而言,统一发放,统一回收,现场答题,有着明确的时间限定。其次,回收完问卷
