1、名师程红兵成长的个案研究摘要:教师专业发展既是教师专业地位提高的要求,更是时代发展的需要。新一轮基础教育课程改革对语文教师的专业发展提出了新的要求和挑战,因此教师必须树立新的教育理念,调整语文课程结构,努力提高自身专业化水平。本文依据教育学、心理学、语文教育学等学科的有关理论,以特级教师程红兵为例,对他的专业成长道路做了深入的了解,分析了名师成长的途径和个人相关因素,以及笔者个人对于程红兵老师专业发展的一些总结和思考。从中找到中学语文教师专业成长的普适性成长规律,以期对中学语文教师发展有理论和实践的指导意义,应对新课改对语文教师的新要求,实现中学语文教师专业发展的角色转换。关键词:教学名
