1、摘要一个企业是否具有竞争力,关键就是看在这个企业里的人是否具有竞争力、是否具有较强的工作能力。通过对员工的培训,以最终达到提高企业核心竞争力的目标。人才是企业最基本也是最重要的资源,对于一个企业来说如何把“人”变成“人才”可以说是重中之重,关系到企业发展的长远问题。由此可见,员工培训对于公司未来快速发展所带来的好处是毋庸质疑的。培训目的可以增强员工个人的综合能力,提高员工的知识水平以及基本技能,继而提高个人绩效;还可以强化组织的核心能力,增强团队协作能力,企业文化的传播,以此提高组织绩效。 对于员
