5、择和报价审批；3.2.1模具部选择两家或两家技术合格、交货准时的供应商。3.2.2由模具主管、采购部负责人同时到外协供应商工厂进行实地审核，填写《供应商考核表》。选定的供应商作为合作的对象。3.2.3外协厂商根据《模具外协加工标准价格表》进行报价,填写<加工合同>.3.2.4模具生管将<加工合同>交模具部主管审核后,交总经理批准生效.4、定义：4.1外协加工供应商必须接受本公司制定的标准价格，否则将视为不合格供应商进行处理。5、内容：5.1、允许外协加工的条件：5.1.1内部设备紧张；5.1.2模具交期紧急；5.1.3加工任务繁重；5.1.4经模具生管调整仍然
