2、签约使用文本。签约之前，买受人应当仔细阅读本合同内容，对合同条款及专业用词理解不一致的，可向当地房地产开发主管部门咨询。1.Thetextofthiscontractisthedemonstratedtext,alsocanbeusedasthetextforsigningacontract.Beforethesigningofthecontract,thebuyershallreadthecontentscarefully.Ifhehasanydifferentopinionsontheclausesorthespecializedwords,hecanseekadvicefromt

3、helocalrealestatedevelopmentcompetentdepartment.2．本合同所称商品房是指由房地产开发企业开发建设并出售的房屋。2.Thecommodityhousesmentionedinthecontractarethehouseswhicharedeveloped,constructedandsoldbytherealestatedevelopmententerprise.3．为体现合同双方的自愿原则，本合同文本中相关条款后都有空白行，供双方自行约定或补充约定。双方当事人可以对文本条款的内容进行修改、增补或删减。合同签订生效后，未被修改的文本印刷文字

4、视为双方同意内容。3.Inordertoshowthewillingnessprincipleofbothpartiesofthiscontract,thereisblankspaceaftertherelevantclausesinthetextforbothpartiestoagreethemselvesorsupplementtheagreement.Bothpartiescanamend,subjoinordeletethecontentsoftheclause.Afterthecontractcomesintoeffect,theunchangedpartsshallbede
