3、tedinColorectalCarcinoma),etcareresponsibleforcAMPaccumulationincellsthatcausedifferentphysiologicaloutcomes,andchangesincAMPlevelseffectstheselectiveactivationofPKA(cAMPdependentProteinKinase-A)isoforms.ThechiefsourceofcAMPisfromATP(AdenosineTriphosphate).Inmammals,the
4、conversionofATPtocAMPismediatedbymembersoftheClass-IIIAC(AdenylylCyclase)/ADCY(AdenylateCyclase)family(E.C4.6.1.1),whichinhumanscomprisesninetrans-membraneACenzymesortmACsandonesolubleACorsAC(Ref.1&2).ThesACpredominantlyoccursinmaturespermatozoa.tmACsareregulatedbyheter
