3、lationincellsthatcausedifferentphysiologicaloutcomes,andchangesincAMPlevelseffectstheselectiveactivationofPKA(cAMPdependentProteinKinase-A)isoforms.ThechiefsourceofcAMPisfromATP(AdenosineTriphosphate).Inmammals,theconversionofATPtocAMPismediatedbymembersoftheClass-IIIAC(AdenylylCyclase)/ADCY(Adeny
