4、rydesignreview.50thousandcubicmeters/dayscaleorinvestmentoflessthan50millionyuanofwatersupplyproject,thecityDepartmentofurbanconstructionadministrativedepartmentstoorganizepreliminarydesignreview.Seventeenthcitynewconstruction,expansionorreconstructionprojec
5、tsneedtoaddwater,thetotalprojectbudgetshouldincludewatersupplyprojectconstructioninvestment;theneedtoincreasethepublicwatersupplyofthecity,shouldbetheconstructionofthewatersupplyprojectinvestmenttocityconstructionadministrativedepartments,theunifiedorganizat
6、ionofcitypublicwatersupplyprojectconstruction.Eighteenthunitsengagedinthedesignandconstructionofurbanwatersupplyprojectsmusthavecorrespondingqualificationcertificates.Theconstructionunitshallentrusttheunitswithcorrespondingdesignandconstructionqualificationt
7、othedesignandconstructionoftheurbanwatersupplyproject.Thedesignandconstructionofurbanwatersupplyprojectmustbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththerelevantdesign,constructiontechnicalstandardsandspecifications.Inthecompletionofthenewlybuiltorexpandedwatersupplyprojec
