2、onofZimbabwe(SAZ).Inparticular,itexaminedthepriorrolesplayedbytheteamofconstructionprofessionals.TheanalysisrevealedthattheSAZ’straditionalconstructionprojectwasgenerallycharacterizedbyhighrisk.Therewasaclearindicationofthefailureofacontractorandarchitectsinpreventingan
3、d/ormitigatingpotentialconstructionproblemsasallegedbytheplaintiff.Itwasreasonabletoconcludethatbetweenthemthedefectsshouldhavebeendetectedearlierandrectifiedingoodtimebeforethepartialrooffailure.Itappearedjustifiedfortheplaintifftohavebroughtanegligenceclaimagainstboth
4、thecontractorandthearchitects.Theriskanalysisfacilitated,throughitsmulti-dimensionalapproachtoacriticalexaminationofaconstructionproblem,theidentificationofaneffectiveriskmanagementstrategyforfutureconstructionprojects.Itfurtherservedtoemphasizethepointthatclientsarebec
