5、ficationofaneffectiveriskmanagementstrategyforfutureconstructionprojects.Itfurtherservedtoemphasizethepointthatclientsarebecomingmoredemanding,morediscerning,andlesswillingtoacceptriskwithoutrecompense.Clientsdonotwantsurprise,andaremorelikelytoengagein
