2、银行整体服务“三农”的质量受到社会公众的质疑，自然也会对宁夏经济的发展带来不利的影响。本文通过论述国家关于“三农“的相关理论及政策、中国农业银行关于”三农”及“三农”信贷业务相关政策，重点分析中国农业银行宁夏分行在发展“三农”信贷业务方面的优劣势以及在发展“三农”信贷业务方面取得的成绩，同时参考中国农业银行“三农”信贷业务中长期发展规划，并结合宁夏及农行宁夏分行的实际情况，对中国农业银行宁夏分行未来七年来的“三农”信贷业务发展规划进行分析研究。关键词：三农，三农信贷业务，发展规划AbstractPlanning,whichmeansamorecomprehensivelong-termd
