2、胞因子IFN—与培养的^日匡后成蚌堆细胞(RF)在体外孵育,观察透明质醢(HA),IV型腔原蛋白产生量和细胞增殖的状态.结果:GO和其他甲状腺疾病病人以及正常凡的IgG都能明显刺激RF台成HA增加,奋蛆之间无明显差异}对Ⅳ型腔原蛋白的台成和RF增殖,各组IgG皆无影响F细胞因子IFN—能够刺斑RF合成HA明显增加,但是却押割IV型腔原蛋白的合成.结论:Graves眼病患者血清中未盅现针对眶后成纤维细胞的特异性自身抗体;IFN一刺激RF产生HA的作用可能与末病病理变化有关工拿竹关键词Grave$艰病F眶后成纤维细胞}免疫球蛋白G{干扰素{遣明质畦,————~————
