1、接合、转化、转染、转导的区别  转化，转导 ，转染的区别是什么 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 转化(transformation)指将质粒或其他外源DNA导入处于感受态的宿主细胞，并使其获得新的表型的过程。  转染 （transfection）采用与质粒DNA转化受体细胞相似的方法，即宿主菌先经过CaCl2，电穿孔等处理成感受态细菌，再将重组噬菌体DNA直接导入受体细胞，进入感受态细菌的噬菌体DNA可以同样复制和繁殖，这种方式称为
