5、clearshifttowardsbetterandmoredetaileddisclosureandtheimplementationofmonitoringprocedures(i.e.boardapproval,independentdirectors’involvement,externalqualifiedopinions)canbeeasilyobserved(i.e.O.E.C.D.2004)and12consideredaneffectivestrategy(Djankovetal.,2005).Suchaprocessisstillon-goinganditsimpac

7、videaclearanddefinitepicture,butitsupportsmanyshadesofopinionandrevealsboththeoreticalandoperationalopenissues,deservingfurtherandmoredetailedanalysis.Thispapercarriesoutacriticalsurveyoftheliteratureontheissue.andatte
