3、hesametime,ensuresatisfactorybusinessdevelopmentbycontinuousimprovements.Foranorganizationtofunctioneffectivelyandefficiently,ithastoidentifynumerouslinkedactivities.Anactivityusingresources,andmanagedinordertoenablethetransformationofinputsintooutputs,isconsideredasaprocess.Oftentheo

4、utputfromoneprocessdirectlyformstheinputtothenext.TheprocessofTQMconsistsofthreemajoractivities:-Settingthepolicyandstrategyoftheorganization,-effectivelyandefficientlymanagingtheorganization,and-seekingcontinuousimprovement.Firstly,thefundamentalconceptsofTotalQualityManagementareint
