3、usedtotestthistheoreticalmodel.Findings–ThispaperproposesthatOLCplaysasignificantroleindeterminingtheeffectsofEIonjobsatisfaction.Researchlimitations/implications–Owingtocertainfeaturesofthesampleandtheuseofmeasurementscales,thefinalresultsshouldbeconsideredwithcaution.Furtherresearchinotherc
