3、usedtotestthistheoreticalmodel.Findings–ThispaperproposesthatOLCplaysasignificantroleindeterminingtheeffectsofEIonjobsatisfaction.Researchlimitations/implications–Owingtocertainfeaturesofthesampleandtheuseofmeasurementscales,thefinalresultsshouldbeconsideredwithcaution.Furtherresearchinotherc

4、ontextsusingqualitativemethodsisneededtovalidatethesefindings.ThemostimportantimplicationisthatjobsatisfactionisaffectedbythecorrelationbetweenindividualEIandcertainworkingconditions.Practicalimplications–Whenseekingtoimproveemployeejobsatisfaction,practitionersshouldtakeintoaccountthelinkbet
