4、ttotheHagueRulescontainedintheInternationalConventionfortheUnificationofCertainRulesRelatingtoBillsofLading1924.5、PACKINGANDMARKSTheShippershallhavethegoodsproperlypackedadduratelyandclearlymarkedbefpreshipment.Theportofdestinationofthegoodsshouldbemarkedi

5、nlettersof5cmhigh,insuchawayaswillremainlegibleuntiltheirdelivery.6、OPTIONALSTOWAGE(1)ThegoodsmaybestowedbytheCarrierincontainersorsimilararticlesoftransportusedtoconsolidategoods(2)Goodsstowedincontainersotherthanflats,pallets,trailets,transportabletankso

6、rsimilararticlesoftransportwhetherbytheCarrierortheShipper,maybecarriedonorunderdeckwithoutnoticetotheShipper.Suchgoodswhethercarriedonorunderdeckshallparticipateingeneralaverage.7、DECKCARGO.PLANTSANDLIVEANIMALSCargoondeck,plantsandliveanimalarereceived,ha

7、ndled,carried,keptanddischargedatShipper’sorReceiver’sriskandtheCarriershallnotbeliableforlossthereofordamagethereto.8、FREIGHT(1)FreightandchargesshallbedeemedearnedonreceiptofthegoodsbytheCarrierandshallbepaidbytheShipperandnon-returnableandnon-deductable
