3、parationofacetonitrile-ethylacetateAzeotropicsystemwascarriedoutthroughabatchextractivedistillationprocesseswithN,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),glycol(EG)andDMF-EGmixtureassolventsseparately.Theeffectsofdifferentoperatingconditionswerestudied,solvents,ratioofmixedsolvent,solventflowrateandref
4、luxratiowereallincluded.ItwasfoundthatthemixedsolventDMF-EGshowedbetterseparationeffectthanthesinglesolvent.Thebestproportionofthemixedsolventwas3:7(thequalityofDMFandEG);whenthesolventflowrateandrefluxratioincreased,theseparationeffectofmixedsolventimproved;undertheconditionsthatsolvent

7、.Atpresent,DiJiandong[2]ofTianjinuniversityhasrealizedtheseparationofacetonitrile-ethylacetatebyheterogeneousbatchazeotropicdistillation,buttheproductreceivedinthiswayhavelowerpurity,buthighenergyconsumption.Accordingtothedifferenceofsolubilitythatacetonitrileandethylacet
