2、sign(CAMD)approachwasbringinthisworkforselectingextractivesolvents.Theseparationofacetonitrile-ethylacetateAzeotropicsystemwascarriedoutthroughabatchextractivedistillationprocesseswithN,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),glycol(EG)andDMF-EGmixtureassolventsseparately.T
3、heeffectsofdifferentoperatingconditionswerestudied,solvents,ratioofmixedsolvent,solventflowrateandrefluxratiowereallincluded.ItwasfoundthatthemixedsolventDMF-EGshowedbetterseparationeffectthanthesinglesolvent.Thebestproportionofthemixedsolventwas3:7(thequalit
4、yofDMFandEG);whenthesolventflowrateandrefluxratioincreased,theseparationeffectofmixedsolventimproved;undertheconditionsthatsolventflowratewas20mL/min,refluxratiowas2,qualityfractionofethylacetateinthetopproductcouldreach99.62%.KeywordsSeparation;Batchextracti

7、etonitrile-ethylacetatebyheterogeneousbatchazeotropicdistillation,buttheproductreceivedinthiswayhavelowerpurity,buthighenergyconsumption.Accordingtothedifferenceofsolubilitythatacetonitrileandethylacetateinthewater,MaWenchan[3]adoptsthemethodofliquid-liquidex
