2、sworkforselectingextractivesolvents.Theseparationofacetonitrile-ethylacetateAzeotropicsystemwascarriedoutthroughabatchextractivedistillationprocesseswithN,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),glycol(EG)andDMF-EGmixtureassolventsseparately.Theeffectsofdifferentoperatingconditionswerestudied,solvents,ra
3、tioofmixedsolvent,solventflowrateandrefluxratiowereallincluded.ItwasfoundthatthemixedsolventDMF-EGshowedbetterseparationeffectthanthesinglesolvent.Thebestproportionofthemixedsolventwas3:7(thequalityofDMFandEG);whenthesolventflowrateandrefluxratioincreased,theseparationeffectofmixedsolventi

6、nomy,butalsopollutetheenvironment.Atpresent,DiJiandong[2]ofTianjinuniversityhasrealizedtheseparationofacetonitrile-ethylacetatebyheterogeneousbatchazeotropicdistillation,buttheproductreceivedinthiswayhavelowerpurity,buthighenergyconsumption.Accordingtothedifferenceofsolubilitythatacetonitr
7、ileandethylacetateinthewater,MaWenchan[3]adoptsthemethodofliquid-liquidextractivewhichusewaterasextractiveagenttoseparateacetonitrile-ethylacetate,theproductofethylacetatecanachieve98.5%,butacetonitrilemixedwithabundantwater,sorecoveryofacetonitrileisverydiffi
