1、中南财经政法大学本科论文（设计）当代企业管理和发展趋势研究摘要新世纪之后，人类社会已经步入了信息化和知识经济时代。经济全球化和经济信息化已经成为了人们的工作、生活和环境。企业管理作为人类社会重要的和基本的经济活动，因此将面临这巨大的改变和挑战。随着社会经济、科技水平的不断提高，管理实践活动的发展呈现出一些新的特点。管理的理论研究也相应出现了新的发展趋势，国外对管理理论研究已较为成熟，我国虽然起步比较晚，但形成中国特色的管理理论、方法、对我国企业更好的实现管理活动有着重要的意义。古典管理理论的理论和实践，为现代
2、管理理论的创立奠定了基础。随着科学技术的发展和生产方式的变革，行为科学学派和管理科学学派相继问世。进入60年代，出现了运用过程方法，系统方法和权变方式综合各种理论的趋势，由此构架了现代管理理论的统一框架。综观现代管理理论的发展历程，中国管理理论的发展应根植于中国传统管理思想的土壤，借鉴西方先进的管理理论，吸收和运用现代科学技术的最新成果，才能走向建立具有中国特色的管理理论的道路。企业管理的内外部环境变化以及管理实践的发展，促进了管理理论的丰富和发展，管理理念更加人性化、柔性化、创新化、知识化，管理手段更加信息
