1、摘要本论文是立式成型机的设计，立式成型机主要由包装材料输送机构、成型机构、封口机构、送料机构、切断机构、机架等组成，具有操作简单、生产量大、适用范围广等特点。本设计进行了立式成型机的设计方案论证、包装原理分析、机械结构设计和强度计算等，设计的颗粒包装机主要由供料料斗、计量供料、包装薄膜供给、成型、纵封、横封、定量供料器、切断、电器加热等组成，其工作原理是薄膜卷装在可调节轴向距离的轴上，薄膜经张紧装置、导向滚筒、牵引滚筒进入薄膜导向成型器，形成筒状薄膜。进而，纵封辊将薄膜纵向封口，横封辊将筒状薄膜的底部封口，制成敞口袋，供料机构向敞口袋内充填物料，然后横封辊将敞口袋的口封合，切割装置的切刀
