3、tvaluedamagewhileminimizingcollateraldamage,whichhasbecomeincreasinglydecisiveastheemphasisinconflictsshiftstowardminimizingcasualtiesoncivilians/non-combatants.Generally,targetselectionisanNP-completeproblem.Inaddition,inmodernbattleenvironmenttherecontinuelivin
4、guncertaininformation,forexample,locationoftarget.Inthispaper,wepresentanewfuzzylogicbasedtargetselectionmodelconsideringthecollateraldamageandanewtargetselectionalgorithmusinggeneticalgorithmbasedoptimization.Wedescribetheissuesonhowtomodelthecollateraldamageeff
5、ectsandthemethodofusingfuzzymembershipfunctiontoquantifytheimprecisioninformation.WealsodiscusstheadaptationandimplementationoftheGAsearchstrategytothetargetselectionprobleminthecooperativecontrolofmultipleUAVs.Simulationresultsindicatethatthefuzzymodelandgenetic
