4、iveofthepopulation.Thisincludespeoplewithepilepsy,cancer,schizophrenia,Down’ssyndromeandmanyothertypesofimpairment.UndertheDisabilityDiscriminationAct1995,legalrightsandobligationsaffectingdisabledpeople’saccesstoservices,employmentandeducationareinforce.TheDD
