5、bypeople–peoplewhoseinherentattitudesaboutsafetycanaffectthechoicestheymakeinoperatingthesesystemsand,thus,theoverallsafetyperformanceofthefacility.Thispaperpresentslessonslearnedfromcompaniesimplementingprocesssafety/HSEcultureimprovementsinvolvingthefollowingsteps:education,planning,workforceinvol
6、vement,andprovidingremediesforcultureweaknesses.2.UnderstandingProcessSafety/HSECultureTheCenterforChemicalProcessSafety(CCPS)hascreatedaframeworkforunderstanding,evaluating,andimprovingculture(Table1)2,3.Usingthatframework,wehavecreatedauniqueanalysisprocessfordeterminingcultureweaknessesbycomparin
