2、anguageresearch,universityenglish/EAisanimportantmethod.From1960sto1970s,EAhadplayedacentralroleinlearners’languagestudies.Theoriginofthisapproachcanbetracedbacktopsycholinguistics.ThemainassumptionsofEAare:Manylearners’errorsarenotduetotheinterferenceofFirstLanguage(L
3、1)butduetolearnersthemselvesandimproperlearningstrategies.ErrorsoccurnotonlyinL2butalsoinL1;mittingerrorsisunavoidable,andisanaturalphenomenonbeforecorrectlanguagerulesarepletelyinternalized.Thecorpus-basedanalysisapproachisveryadvantageousforthestudiesoferroranalysis.
4、Itdependsmuchontheapplicationofputers,alloentofputersciences,manycorporahavebeenconstructed,includinglearners’corpora.Alearners’corpusisapoongthem,ChineseLearnerEnglishCorpus(CLEC)isthetypicaloneinChina.CLECisalanguagedatabaseconstructedbycollectingChineseEnglishLearne
5、rs’languageoutputinboths.CLECgivesresearchersaprehensiveandsystematicdescriptionofChineseEnglishLearners’languageerrors.TherehasbeenmoreresearchconcerningthecollocationalerrorsbetadeanalysisofChineseEFLlearners’adjective-nouncollocationalerrorsinEnglishost,sincemitting
6、errorisaninevitablepartoflanguagelearning,theanalysisoflearners’errorseaningfulinafeousthesisTheSignificanceofLearner’sErrors(1967),hepointedoutthater-->rorsaticanalysis,hoainedforthemtolearn.Secondly,theyprovidedtheteachersployinginhisdiscoveryofthelanguage.Thirdly,th
