4、ngtheoryinviewoftheexistingproblemsof4P.Thecoreof4Cstheoryisthefollowingfourpoints:customerorientation,costsavingforcustomers,convenienceofcustomerpurchaseanduse,andeffectivecommunicationwithcustomers.Obviously,4Cshasasubstantialbreakthroughbothinconceptand
5、inoperationmethodsthan4Ps.However,duetotherapiddevelopmentofinformationandnetworktechnology,thecustomerhaveneverhadalotofinformation,theproblemofasymmetricinformationinthecustomerandthemerchanttransactionprocesswasgreatlyeliminated,thusthecustomerbecomeseve
