4、erial，polyethyleneglycol400aspore—formingagents．TheequilibriumsolubilityandosmolalityofTRweredetermined．Theeffectsoffillersintabletcores，coatinglevels，andosmoticpressuresofreleasemediaonexpansionbehaviorofpreparationsweredescribed．Theinfluencesofthec

5、ategory，osmolality，andpHvalueofreleasemedia，releasemethods，andreleaseconditionsonreleasecurvesoftabletswereevaluated．Basedonseveralmodels，thedeliverypatternofTRMPOPwasfitted．TheequilibriumsolubilityinwaterandosmolalityofTRwere(775．8±17．7)g·L～and4．036
