2、irstquestion,scholarshavegiventwoanswers:financemotivationandbusinessmotivation,butthereisnotunifiedconclusion.Forthesecondquestion,mostexistingresearchsupportthattradecreditcanimprovetheperformanceofcompany,butthereisnotthedifferencesresearchofthepromotingeffectunderdifferentextern
3、alenvironmentThispaperwillintroducemonetarypolicytothestudyofthemotivationandutilityoftradecredit.Weusedthe2001-2009dataofChinaA-sharelistedcompaniesasthesample,andusedSPSStoempiricalanalysis.Atfirst,wehadmeasuredmonetarypolicyinthenatureviewandthenumberview,andthenweresearchedthemo
4、tivationandutilityoftradecreditbasedonthemonetarypolicybyregressionmodels.Empiricalstudieshadfoundthatmonetarypolicyistheimportantfactorofthemotivationandutilityoftradecredit.Whenthemonetarypolicyisloose,themotivationoftradecreditisbusinessmotivation;whenthemonetarypolicyistight,the
5、motivationoftradecreditisfinancemotivation.Furtherstudyhasfoundthat,theuseoftradecreditcanimprovetheperformanceofcompany,whenthemonetarypolicyisloose,thepromotingeffectoftradecredittotheperformancebecomesbigger.Themaincontributionofthispaperisthat:(1)Thispaperintroducesmonetarypolic
