1、人机界面在步进加热系统中的应用三江学院本科生毕业设计(论文)摘要文中首先对金属热处理的工艺背景、系统功能以及各部分机构组成进行概述。针对优化控制及节约能耗的要求,设计了基于西门子S7-200PLC和组态软件protool的人机界面以实现对钢厂步进加热系统监测与控制。考虑到PLC具备反应快、可靠性高、操作简单、抗干扰性强等众多优点,可以有效地实现温度数据采集和系统的步进控制,较好地完成系统远程监控,保证系统的正常运行。本系统选择的西门子S7-200系列PLC,体积小,软硬件功能强大,系统配置方便,通讯能力强大,能够较好的与上位机进行联网,这些特
2、点在步进加热系统中得到充分的应用,对整个系统的运行起到了积极的作用。人机界面(HMI)是人与计算机之间传递、交换信息的媒介和对话接口,是计算机系统的重要组成部分。本文利用触目屏及时读取监控现场过程的时实参数,从而达到数据的采集,报警,趋势的走向等信息,方便相关人员及时对数据进行分析及处理。加之,触摸屏与PLC之间建立通讯简单,保证了整个系统数据交换的快速、稳定性。关键词:S7-200;Protool软件;人机界面;金属热处理IAbstractThedesignfirstintroducesthebackgroundofthemetalheat
