2、ed,longlife-spanandtheadaptabilityofvariousenvironment,AMBiswidelyused.SotheresearchonAMBismoreandmorefurther.Itisreasonabletodesignthestructureofactivemagneticbearingproperlyfortheimprovementofitsperformance.BasedonfiniteelementanalysissoftwareCOMSOLMultiphysics,thesimulationofAMBisstudiedwhileth

3、esuspendingforceofAMBiscalculated.First,webuiltupadynamicparametermodel,sowecananalyzethemagneticfielddistributionandmagneticforceatanarbitrarysize.Thenwediscussedsomeelementwhichaffectmagneticfieldsuchascoilcurrent,airgap,polewidthandrotorbiasundertwoworkingmode.ThentheoptimizationprocessofAMBmod

4、elispresentedonthebasisofoptimizationsoftwareiSIGHTtogetherwithCOMSOL,duringwhichtheAMBmodeliscalledautomaticallybyiSIGHT.WeusedsequentialquadraticprogrammingmethodandtheresultshowsthatthecombinationofCOMSOLMultiphysicsandiSIGHTsoftwareisaconvenientandeffectivemethodforthesimulationandoptimization

5、ofAMBsystem.Atlast,weusedPIDcontrollertorealizetheclose-loopcontrolonsingledegreeoffreedomAMBsystem,andanalyzetheperformanceofPIDcontrollerwiththesimulationresultonSimulink.Throughtheresearchabove,wefinishthedesignofthewholeactivemagneticbearingsystem.Theresearchresultprovidesafeasiblemethodforthe

6、analysisandoptimizationofAMBsystem,whichwillbeusefulfortheengineeringapplication.Inthepastfewyears,theaviationindustryhasbeengrowingcontinuously,butthemarketisverycompetitiveisalwaysnecessary.Hightemperatureactivemagneticbearingholdgreatpromiseforimprovingjetturbineengine,andthusreducingmaintenanc
