2、bricated,littleoilcontaminated,longlife-spanandtheadaptabilityofvariousenvironment,AMBiswidelyused.SotheresearchonAMBismoreandmorefurther.Itisreasonabletodesignthestructureofactivemagneticbearingproperlyfortheimprovementofitsperformance.Basedonfiniteelementanalysissoftw
3、areCOMSOLMultiphysics,thesimulationofAMBisstudiedwhilethesuspendingforceofAMBiscalculated.First,webuiltupadynamicparametermodel,sowecananalyzethemagneticfielddistributionandmagneticforceatanarbitrarysize.Thenwediscussedsomeelementwhichaffectmagneticfieldsuchascoilcurren
4、t,airgap,polewidthandrotorbiasundertwoworkingmode.ThentheoptimizationprocessofAMBmodelispresentedonthebasisofoptimizationsoftwareiSIGHTtogetherwithCOMSOL,duringwhichtheAMBmodeliscalledautomaticallybyiSIGHT.Weusedsequentialquadraticprogrammingmethodandtheresultshowsthatt
5、hecombinationofCOMSOLMultiphysicsandiSIGHTsoftwareisaconvenientandeffectivemethodforthesimulationandoptimizationofAMBsystem.Atlast,weusedPIDcontrollertorealizetheclose-loopcontrolonsingledegreeoffreedomAMBsystem,andanalyzetheperformanceofPIDcontrollerwiththesimulationre
6、sultonSimulink.Throughtheresearchabove,wefinishthedesignofthewholeactivemagneticbearingsystem.TheresearchresultprovidesafeasiblemethodfortheanalysisandoptimizationofAMBsystem,whichwillbeusefulfortheengineeringapplication.Inthepastfewyears,theaviationindustryhasbeengrowi
7、ngcontinuously,butthemarketisverycompetitiveisalwaysnecessary.Hightemperatureactivemagneticbearingholdgreatpromiseforimprovingjetturbineengine,andthusreducingmaintenancecostandkeroseneconsumption.Inthatgoal,lotsofresearchhasbeenperformedabouthightemperatureactivemagneti
