3、uspendingforceofAMBiscalculated.First,webuiltupadynamicparametermodel,sowecananalyzethemagneticfielddistributionandmagneticforceatanarbitrarysize.Thenwediscussedsomeelementwhichaffectmagneticfieldsuchascoilcurrent,airgap,polewidthandrotorbiasundertwoworkingmode.ThentheoptimizationprocessofAMBmodeli
4、spresentedonthebasisofoptimizationsoftwareiSIGHTtogetherwithCOMSOL,duringwhichtheAMBmodeliscalledautomaticallybyiSIGHT.WeusedsequentialquadraticprogrammingmethodandtheresultshowsthatthecombinationofCOMSOLMultiphysicsandiSIGHTsoftwareisaconvenientandeffectivemethodforthesimulationandoptimizationofAM
5、Bsystem.Atlast,weusedPIDcontrollertorealizetheclose-loopcontrolonsingledegreeoffreedomAMBsystem,andanalyzetheperformanceofPIDcontrollerwiththesimulationresultonSimulink.Throughtheresearchabove,wefinishthedesignofthewholeactivemagneticbearingsystem.Theresearchresultprovidesafeasiblemethodfortheanaly
6、sisandoptimizationofAMBsystem,whichwillbeusefulfortheengineeringapplication.Inthepastfewyears,theaviationindustryhasbeengrowingcontinuously,butthemarketisverycompetitiveisalwaysnecessary.Hightemperatureactivemagneticbearingholdgreatpromiseforimprovingjetturbineengine,andthusreducingmaintenancecosta
