2、dbyforeignadvancedthoughts,andwalkedtoanewstartingpoint.Achievements(1)ProposedbyChineseyouthfoundation,"hunleiplan"wasconductedbythestateeducationcommission.Thegoalof"Hunleiplan"istoenableallthegirlswhodroppedoutduetopovertygobacktoschool.Accordingtothej
3、ournal,fundsChineseyouthfoundationhadraisedwere9.69millionYuan.Inyearsof1994and1995,"hunleiplan"hasmade100thousandadolescentgirlsgobacktoschool.Jilinprovincehasachievedthegoalofnogirldropouts.(2)ConductedasakeyexperimentofChinesephilosophysocialsciencepla
4、nning,researchofteenagegirls’educationinfourwesternprovincesfourwesternprovinces,namelyGansu,Ningxia,QinghaiandGuizhou,startedinMarch,1992.TheSubjectwascalled“presentsituationofgirleducationinruralareasandcountermeasuresstudy”.Ningxiaeducationinstituteofs
5、ciencetooktheleadandfinishedthisresearchbycollaboratingwithgansu,qinghai,guizhou.Thesefourareas’educationwasrelativelybackward.Afterfouryears’hardwork,thisexperimentmadegreatachievements.ThesubjecthasbeenpartofelementaryeducationreformplanlaunchedbyUNESCO
6、,andithasgotadmissionandappreciationofeducationistsfromtheUnitedStates,Japan,Canadaandothercountriesandregions.Withtheguidanceofthisresearch,theenrollmentrateofgirlsinthesefourprovinceshasgreatlyraised.ProblemsOnDecember13–16,1993,ChinaandIndiaandother7co
7、untriesthatallhavelargepopulationsattendedthenationaleducationconference,andjointlyissuedtheDelhideclarationandmadeacommitmenttopopularizeprimaryeducationby2000orasearlyaspossible.Through10years’efforts,theinitialgoalsarenotimplemented;thereexistsomecommo
