2、ctedbyforeignadvancedthoughts,andwalkedtoanewstartingpoint.Achievements(1)ProposedbyChineseyouthfoundation,"hunleiplan"wasconductedbythestateeducationcommission.Thegoalof"Hunleiplan"istoenableallthegirlswhodroppedoutduetopovertygobacktoschool.According
3、tothejournal,fundsChineseyouthfoundationhadraisedwere9.69millionYuan.Inyearsof1994and1995,"hunleiplan"hasmade100thousandadolescentgirlsgobacktoschool.Jilinprovincehasachievedthegoalofnogirldropouts.(2)ConductedasakeyexperimentofChinesephilosophysocials
4、cienceplanning,researchofteenagegirls’educationinfourwesternprovincesfourwesternprovinces,namelyGansu,Ningxia,QinghaiandGuizhou,startedinMarch,1992.TheSubjectwascalled“presentsituationofgirleducationinruralareasandcountermeasuresstudy”.Ningxiaeducation
5、instituteofsciencetooktheleadandfinishedthisresearchbycollaboratingwithgansu,qinghai,guizhou.Thesefourareas’educationwasrelativelybackward.Afterfouryears’hardwork,thisexperimentmadegreatachievements.Thesubjecthasbeenpartofelementaryeducationreformplanl
6、aunchedbyUNESCO,andithasgotadmissionandappreciationofeducationistsfromtheUnitedStates,Japan,Canadaandothercountriesandregions.Withtheguidanceofthisresearch,theenrollmentrateofgirlsinthesefourprovinceshasgreatlyraised.ProblemsOnDecember13–16,1993,Chinaa
7、ndIndiaandother7countriesthatallhavelargepopulationsattendedthenationaleducationconference,andjointlyissuedtheDelhideclarationandmadeacommitmenttopopularizeprimaryeducationby2000orasearlyaspossible.Through10years’efforts,theinitialgoalsarenotimplemente
