1、构建和谐医患关系的探讨——以哈尔滨医科大学“一死三伤”的血案为例摘要：随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入，虽取得了一定成绩，但也出现了一些不和谐的问题，医患关系的紧张就是当前社会各界关注的热点之一。医患之间缺乏信任，加之当前城乡居民普遍认为的“看病难、看病贵”等社会问题，加重了个人看病的负担，患者把矛头指向了医疗单位，使患者对医疗部门产生怨气，从“八毛门”到“录音门”；从把“活婴当死婴”到医院的暴力流血事件；当前医患之间的矛盾尖锐、冲突时有发生，并且存在暴力行为,而医患之间的这种矛盾和冲突已然成为一种不可忽视的社会问题。如何预防和化解医患纠纷和冲突，建立正确的医
2、患关系是事关社会和谐的大事，也是医院、病患及社会各界义不容辞的责任。和谐社会是我们一贯的追求,而构建和谐的医患关系是走向和谐社会的必经之路，因此从现实中探索化解医患矛盾，改善医患关系的途径，对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大的现实意义。本文用哈尔滨医科大学“一死三伤”的案例探讨了构建和谐医患关系的重要性和迫切性，进而提出构建和谐的医患关系建议。关键词：医患关系和谐沟通理解信任31Discussiononbuildingaharmoniousdoctor-patientrelationship—HarbinMedicalUniversity--Taking"onede
