3、entunitrateandpartialdiversity;andithaymuchsmallercomputationalcomplexityunderthesamesystemthroughput.Moreover,theapplicationofTCcaneffectivelymakeupfortheperformancelossduetopartialdiversity.Simulationresultsshowthatontheconditionofsamesystemthroughputandconcatenationof

4、TC,theproposedcodehaslowerBitErrorRate(BER)thanthosefull-diversitycodes.Ⅰ.IntroductionRecently,transmitdiversityhasbeenstudiedextensivelyasamethodofcombatingdetrimentaleffectsinwirelessfadingchannelsduetoitsrelativesimplicityofimplementandfeasibilityofhavingmultipleanten

5、nasattheBaseStation(BS).Asimpletransmitterdiversityschemeusingtw0transmitantennasisproposedbyAlamouti.Anextensiontomorethantwotransmitantennasispresented,whereitisshownthattheAlamoutischemeisaspecialcaseofSpace-TimeBlock(STB)code.TheSTBcodeschemecanachievefulltransmitdiv
