1、老年性胃癌外科治疗的临床评价虞洋生四川友谊医院四川成都610066【】目的探讨老年性胃癌患者的临床特点，评价老年性胃癌的外科治疗价值方法随机抽取我院收治的70例老年胃癌患者,分别分为高龄组和非高龄组.高龄组:年龄70岁以上患者,40例，年龄范围70-76岁，平均年龄73.5岁;非高龄组:30例，年龄范围50-65岁，平均年龄58.5岁.两组患者的性别、年龄、病程等临床资料进行统计学处理结果两组70例患者临床症状主要有上腹部疼痛、消瘦乏力、恶心呕吐、吞咽困难、腹部块等，对比高龄组与非高龄组上述临床症状的发生率，高

2、龄组显著高于非高龄组，对比差异均具有统计学意义.两组患者胃癌发生部位对比，高龄组胃癌发生于胃底贲门区例数显著多于非高龄组，数据差异只有统计学意义，非高龄组胃癌发生于胃窦幽门区显著多于高龄组，数据差异具有统计学意义结论老年性胃癌患者的临床症状不典型，且以中晚期多见，部分患者可以采用手术治疗，需要医生选择合适的治疗方法，严密观察老年患者的心理变化动态，向患者及家属解释病情，积极避免患者手术后的并发症发生【关键词】老年性胃癌汐卜科治疗;临床评价Clinicalevaluationofsurgicaltreatment
