1、五苓散加味联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤脑水肿的临床观1山东省青州市人民医院山东青州2625002山东省潍坊市益都中心医院山东潍坊262500【】目的：分析和研究五苓散加味联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤脑水肿的临床效果。方法：收集和纳入2014年8月一2015年5月颅脑损伤脑水肿患者80例，将其按就诊编号顺序分为研究组(42例)与实验组(38例)。所有患者给予常规治疗，实验组患者予以五苓散加味治疗；研究组患者予以五苓散加味联合高压氧治疗，对比两组患者在治疗前后患者GCS评分、脑水肿体积、血气检测结果，并在治疗后随访2个
2、月，对患者认知功能进行评估。结果：经治疗后，研究组患者GCS评分明显优于实验组，跟实验组相比差异显著，P<0.05o经治疗后，两组患者脑水肿体积、血气检测结果、认知功能均有所改善，跟治疗前对比差异显著，P<0.05；但研究组改善幅度更为显著，跟实验组治疗后相比差异显著，P<0.05。结论：五苓散加味联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤脑水肿的临床效果显著，能确切改善患者临床症状,缩小脑水肿体积，改善血气分析水平，提升患者认知功能，值得推广。【关键词】五苓散加味：高压氧；颅脑损伤脑水肿；临床效果【】R473.5【】A【
