1、腺苷预处理对糖氧剥夺损伤星形胶质细胞的影响韩艳艳栗延伟谭军尉娜(通讯作者)(新乡医学院第三附属医院神经内二科河南新乡453003)目的:观察糖氧剥夺对星形胶质细胞(Astrocyte,Ast)的影响及腺苷的保护作用。方法:体外培养SD大鼠大脑皮层Ast,培养至第四代时传代至96孔板内,待细胞贴壁并融合、讼出突起后,随机分为三组:正常对照组(normalcontrolgroup)、糖氧剥夺组(oxygenglucosedeprivationgroup,OGDgroup)、腺苷预处理组(adenosinegroup,ADOgroup),进行
2、糖氧剥夺/复氧糖处理。观察糖氧剥夺8h复氧糖24h后Ast的细胞活率及培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(lactatedehydrogenase,LDH)的浓度。结果:OGD组Ast活性明品低于对照组,LDH浓度高于对照组;ADO组细胞活率明显高于OGD组,LDH浓度低于OGD组(P<0.01);3组间两两比较细胞活率及细胞培养液中LDH浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腺苷能减少糖氧剥夺Ast的损伤,减少糖氧剥夺后Ast凋亡,腺苷预处理对缺糖缺氧Ast有一定的影响。【关键词】腺苷缺血预处理糖氧剥夺星形胶质细胞乳酸脱氢酶R473A2095-

8、重要。Ast在中枢神经系统中起着关键作用,对神经元起到保护和支持作用早己得到公认。研究表明,腺苷及苏受体在多种脏器的缺血再灌注损伤的保护方面都起到重要作用[2.3],而在Ast上就存在大量的腺苷受体[4】。
